Born and raised in South Burlington, Vermont, I was continuously surrounded by the beauty that exists in this unique state. Nature has always been a big part of my life, but this, along with the many artistic people that have been a part of my family, are just some of the reasons why I grew up loving the creative arts.
Throughout my high school experience, I expanded my artistic sphere to include sculpting, sketching, comic creation, and most importantly, my love of computer generated digital media as a form to express that creativity. Eventually, my passions melded and I decided to pursue a college degree that would launch a career as a game designer. It took a lot of hard work and continues to take a lot of effort to develop and maintain the skills necessary to keep up with the ever changing world of technology. Although I prefer to embrace the artistic end of the industry, I have a knowledge base that encompasses a multitude of skills involving graphic and website design, animation, 2D and 3D modeling. I am presently working on acquiring coding skills, which is a large part of the game design industry, but not a huge part of my advanced education.
Currently I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Game Art and Production with a minor in Fine Art from Drexel University. I am in the process of learning coding skills which will help in the future. I believe myself to be in a good position for a variety of tasks in the industry.
